For people who don't need their parcel immediately but can wait around 3 working days for delivery from the date of despatch. This is the most cost effective way to receive your goods and provides you with peace of mind as the shipment is tracked along its journey. This means we can offer our customers a quality delivery experience and reduce the risk of items going missing in the post. We have collections on a Monday through to Friday.
The small print - Parcels sent by Royal Mail's Track and Trace service aim but do not guarantee to deliver your items within 2-3 days (48 hours) from date of despatch. Please note this is not a guaranteed delivery service and can on occasion take longer to arrive.
Delivery prices are worked out by the weight of your parcel.

For peace of mind, you are able to check on the progress of individual parcels by entering your 13 digit reference number on our website www.royalmail.com/trackandtrace. Please check your email for your individual tracking number.
If you’ve left it to the last minute and need your items in a hurry you can select this service to have your items before 1pm the next working day. Orders must be received prior to 2.30pm for delivery the next day. Orders placed after this time may still be dispatched - call our Customer Service Team for advice 0208 871 0105.
Please note this is a working day service only. We do not operate a next day service for a Saturday delivery. Orders placed on a Friday will not receive their order until the following Monday.
Please also be aware that during periods of adverse weather conditions deliveries can be delayed making it necessary to add an extra 4 working days for your order to arrive. This extra allowance is on top of our recommended 2-3 days for the current trackable service. We advise this so that you can order in plenty of time and won't be disappointed should your orders arrive after the desired delivery time.

We endeavour to despatch orders as speedily as possible, usually within 24 hours. However, during busy seasonal periods such as Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays please do allow extra time. Orders placed before 2.30pm will endeavoured to be despatched the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2.30pm on a Friday and all day Saturday will be despatched Monday. Please ensure you order your items well in advance to avoid disappointment.
We are currently not shipping international orders. We hope to be shipping them again soon.
We do not accept payment by cheque or postal order. We accept all major credit cards except American Express.
The consumer (i.e. an individual buying for his or her self rather than for a business) has the right to cancel within seven days or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you find your goods are not suitable please return the item in its original unused condition to (any damages will not be refunded): The Little Cake Shop Ltd, Unit B140, Riverside, Bendon Valley, London, SW18 4UQ. You must clearly state the reason for the return and payment will be refunded. In this case only the cost of the product will be refunded. Any postage costs (and additional postage costs incurred by the consumer returning the item(s)) will not be refunded. Items bought in error may also be returned but postage will remain the customer's responsibility.
We do not accept returns of food items.
If your item is not in stock, we will endeavour to contact you. We will then place your item on back order and send it to you as soon as it comes back into stock. Should you not wish to wait for this item you can cancel or substitute your item. Back ordered goods do not incur any further postage charges and will be sent via our tracked service.
If you have not received your delivery after 7 working days from the day your order was dispatched, please enter your enter your 13 digit reference number on the following website to determine the last place your parcel was tracked; www.royalmail.com/trackandtrace. Please check with other members of your household or neighbours if specified that the goods may be delivered to them in your absence or left in a SafePlace.
