Each flavour contains 100% natural flavourings and are supplied in 40ml bottles. Our flavours are engineered from building blocks of small units of flavours or extracts that are carefully put together to form a specific profile. By combining these buidling blocks, the flavours are adjusted in different directions. For example, ripe, flowery or fresh to produce a unique finished flavour profile.

You can mix the food colouring together to give a different shade. Try using Poppy Red food colouring to make a red velvet cake.
Making sugar flowers? Try using Blossom Tint colouring to give shade and depth to sugar flowers or Lustre Dust to add a sparkle.
Cake Pops are the lastest craze to hit the cake scene. They are simple and fun to make. Have a go yourself using one of the two following methods:
The most common way to make Cake Pops is to use crispy rice cereal covered in melted mashmallow. Wilton Cookie Sticks are then used to create the Cake Pop stick. This is very quick and means you can make many Cake Pops in one go.
The other way to make Cake Pops is by baking a sponge cake and, once it has cooled, turning the cake into crumbs which you then use to make balls on the Wilton Cookie Sticks. These are then covered in melted buttons (we have a range of Renshaw button flavours see link) to form the Cake Pops you'll recognise. Sprinkles or sugar decorations can then be added to individualise the Cake Pops. Yum!
If you're in a rush a ready made sugar plaque is a great way to decorate a cake. We have sugar plaques for every occassion in all colours and designs. If you can't find what you are looking for try buying a blank plaque and decorate it yourself.
To attach to your cake just use a little bit of icing sugar and water to make a paste and stick to your cake.
These sugar paste sheets are printed with edible food colours. They measure 148mm x 148mm.
Metal cutters can be used to cut shapes from the flexible sugar sheets, giving you an exciting new way to decorate cupcakes, cookies and cakes.
The sugar sheets are wrapped in polythene to help maintain their flexibility, please remember to re-wrap any unused sheets if you want to use them at a later date.
