Piping messages with icing by hand can be a difficult task. Fortunately, for all those less confident with their icing skills, there are a range of alpha numerical cutters which give a clear, defined icing pattern for even the most novice of cooks.
These can be used to create great messages for a variety of different occasions, including birthdays, weddings and anniversaries.
Clikstix letter and number cutters have the benefit of an ejector to easily release the icing. We usually use flower paste rolled out extremely thin then leave for about half an hour to crust over then use the cutters. This will ensure an easy release.
